Saturday Class 1
Come practice with us starting off your Saturday right! Class will begin with basics and a warm up going through the following:
Punches and knife hand
Side, down and high blocks
Stretch kicks
Round, front and side kicks
Footwork and stances
Then we will move on to advanced techniques for our colored belts:
Jump front kick
Hop side kick
Double forearm block
Crescent kicks
Then for green belts and above we will practice more advanced techniques:
Spin crescent kick
Spin side
Spin heel kick
Axe kick
Following our warm up we will take each belt through their forms and then partner up and practice our one steps. Finally, we will work on our sparring footwork if we have enough time.
